Our founder, Brian Tupper, spent over two decades teaching around the world, serving communities, and building something new — a model where every lesson could have a purpose, and every child could learn while giving back.

What started in one classroom in South Korea became a movement. This is that journey.

I spent years in public schools.
I saw great teachers, but broken systems.
Test scores came before real learning.
Safety was never guaranteed.
Instead of giving up on my calling, I went searching for a better learning model.

Experiencing a World of Difference

I took my passion for teaching abroad.
In Korea and Azerbaijan, I saw what was possible.

It changed how I saw learning — and what it could become.

Students were always more engaged when learning had purpose.
Now, we combine the tools used in top-tier schools with purposeful giving.
